You are invited to submit your abstracts for the Lem Next Gen Science Forum. Abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the event.
Participation in the conference is free of charge.
Deadlines
Please, remember the following important dates:
- April 28-29, 2026: conference dates.
Oral and poster presentations
- The time limit for oral presentation is 4 minutes (max. 5 slide).
- The order of presentations will be determined by drawing lots at the beginning of each Student Talk, both on the first and second day of the Forum.
- The presentation should be sent via e-mail lemforum@pwr.edu.pl no later than April 24, 2026.
- Required poster size is A0, vertical. All posters should be printed and delivered by the authors.

Recommended structure
- Introduction to the field (2–3 sentences): a brief, accessible overview of the research field, written at a basic level and without excessive technical detail.
- Background and rationale: a concise explanation of the context, motivation or research gap that justifies the study.
- Main findings and conclusions: one clear sentence stating the key results of the work.
- Broader context and impact (2–3 sentences): positioning the main findings within a wider scientific context, clearly explaining how the results advance the field.
